A knighting belt

So this was my most recent project. A knighting belt with his fighting company and his favorite super hero on the belt (it's a nerd thing) This was rather hard for me. Since I was working with a new white.
 I liked the sections.
 Very clean
This was him getting the belt (I didn't give it to him my old guy did (my knight) See guy in green ) And he looked up and said he loved it and will wear it! :)

Other examples of my belts

 Puddin' belt

My very first belt (the one on the left) the one next to it is my belt that was made for me.
This was a work in progress of my knight's belt
 Zioet's belt
 Zioet
A belt for my belt sibling Roisin.:)
This was a picture of a work in progress that never made it to the right lady. I need to get it to her. It's a phoenix.

Bracers!

You make bracers right? Of course it's Belts Bracers and Beyond (Does anyone else get a Buzz Light-year feeling?)

To date (5/20/2012) I have only made one set of bracers and they were quick bracers for myself. I was tired of ending up with a softball sized lump on my arm because of my bow string.  This was my set after working on them most of the way. They obviously still needed the paint done. I have been thinking about redoing them and maybe donating these to someone else.  But I have another pair I have to get done first.

These would cost about 35 because they are fairly simple. I will upload of what they look like done

A Squire's belt

This is a tip of a squire's belt that I made for my Grand Knight. The name is written in Elvish. The lilies are the man's coat of arms. I don't like how dark this picture is as the belt is much brighter in person. (and my lovely hand model is my roomate)
Here you can see the green tribal designs along the length of the belt.

This belt is another 40 dollar belt because of the amount of detail placed into the belt.
This was one of the first custom belts that I made. It is a simple 72 in belt that is 2 inches wide. The design came from her own coat of arms and the text from a tattoo font designer.
As you can see here the tip of the belt holds her symbol and her name.
This is a close of of the section of barbwire and shirken. The shirken had to be added after.
Here is a close up of her rose. I wish I had put more detail into the rose but I think it was a good try for one of my first belts.

A belt like this cost from about 40 to 45 dollars. Remember everything is hand painted and custom to your wants. The more detail that goes into it the higher it is.
The painted parts are acrylic paints and the back is dyed black.

What is this?

This is my website that houses my custom made leather creations. I have been doing leather work since I was 14 years old in 4-H. I have done many different things from leather chairs, book covers, collars, 3-D photos (That was the hardest thing I have ever done) to now making belts, bracers and much more. Granted most of my work is belts as I am trying to keep practice but I have started to delve into other things. Today is the beginning as I move towards my goal of expanding my craft. If you need to reach me I can be reached at the_lady_indeath@yahoo.com.
